REMEMBER SHERRICE IVERSON - DAVID CASH IS A BOLD BRAZEN BABY KILLER!!!

No one who is honest can deny that U. S. criminal law is racist. It is penned by racist legislators. It is enforced by racist police. And, it is executed by racist jurists.

This racism is made evident often. Even as the elitist and eurocentric ghosts of the exceptional O. J. Simpson trial continue to haunt us all, racism within the U. S. justice system continues to torture Blacks daily. The case of murder victim Sherrice Iverson is a perfect illustration of the legal worthlessness of Black life.

Sherrice was slain by a rabid dog named Jeremy Strohmeyer. All dogs run in packs. One dog was the attacker. One dog was his accomplice. One dog has been sentenced to life in prison. The other dog is a carefree student at the University of California at Berkeley. This luckier dog is named David Cash, Jr.

Jeremy is a 19 year old, rich, white pedophile who stalked, raped and murdered Sherrice in a restroom stall, at the Primm Valley Hotel Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 25, 1997. His pal David witnessed the entire ordeal nearly up to the point of penetration and strangulation. David claims he left the stall before the actual rape and murder began. Yet, David remained silent, even after Jeremyphoned him to savor the details of the crime.

Had these two dogs been Black, they would both be in prison. But Black life is cheap in Amerikkka and its courts. Rarely does any dog pay the price he earns as predator, when his prey is Black and female.

FBI agents have recovered hundreds of deleted images of child pornography, Internet chat room conversations, and e-mail messages from the hard drive of Jeremy’s computer. DNA evidence which he left on a cigarette butt, near Sherrice’s corpse, and a videotape from casino security were used to convict him. His computer chat indicated that he was obsessed with sexual fantasies involving 5 and 6 year olds. On October 14, if fairly punished, he will receive three life sentences without the possibility of parole.

It is not unusual that David turned a blind eye to a criminal act. We live in a world full of violent criminals, pitiful victims, and apathetic voyeurs. What is rare is how this brazen coward David is rewarded with impunity for his pact with his psycho pedophile pal. What is most rare is the freedom that his white skin affords him, in a world where millions of innocent Africans rot in prisons, for far less involvement in far lesser crimes!!!

It is very refreshing to see a rainbow of protesters actively seeking to prosecute David. But, it is equally depressing to know that few, if any, of them wield any real power to change the racist legal practices that freed him. David is not the first rabid dog to assist in the slaughter of a Black baby and go free. And, he will not be the last to do so.

David has now wisely chosen to attend one of the whitest universities in America. Secure within the apartheid of Proposition 209 in Californian academia, he dares to brag about his bloody role in Sherrice’s slaughter. He recently told the L. A. Times: “...I didn't want to be the person who took away Jeremy’s last days of freedom...The notoriety has helped me get more dates...I’m not going to lose sleep over somebody else's problems.”

If only he were as bold a defender of Sherrice as he is of himself and his evil pal, she would be alive today. He might have used his arrogant, racist mouth to call casino security for help. But, perhaps, two rich, white, sexually frustrated animals simply can never relate to the value of one poor, young, Black, female life.

Only Sherrice’s vagina had any value to Jeremy. It gave him brief pleasure before he choked her to death. Only her corpse has any value to David. Its cold existence fuels publicity which heats up his own sex life.

We can not immediately transform a legal system that is racist at its core. But we can torture one racist conspirator. We can make one vicious bastard’s campus life a living hell. We can haunt David with the ghost of Sherrice. We can make him endure MISERY similar to that which awaits his less fortunate pal behind bars. WE SHOULD ALL BE COMPELLED TO DO SO!!!.

We will always remember our raped and slain baby sister Sherrice Iverson. We will remember the negligence of her inept father, who gambled when he should have guarded. We will remember the pain and loss that her mother will suffer eternally. We will remember Sherrice’s innocent friendliness, which demonic Jeremy twisted into macabre foreplay. Our mourning and reverence will extend far beyond the seven short years she spent in this racist sexist hell, which we actually dare refer to as “civilization”.
